We've been talking to Tessa for weeks about Tweetsie Railroad, which is an old West flavored amusement park in Boone, NC with an 80-year-old coal-fired train. Today, we finally delivered on all the build-up. When we arrived, the train was just loading up for a ride. Tessa was a bit nervous about the loud whistle, but she still got on the train.
Before the train left the station, Tessa decided to check out the map of the park. It's important to know where the attractions are located.

Tessa thinks it's pretty comfortable, but knows she'd rather drive from Boston to Boone in a Subaru...

Aww I love Tessa updates! We got to meet a LOT of baby animals today when they came to school! It was 95 degrees though so it was too hot! Glad you're enjoying Boone!
